Bottled water is carried by
Americans everywhere they visit these days. Water has become the 2nd
most famous beverage after (soft drinks). However, water fans got shock when
they heard a report that advantage of consuming water might have been oversold.
It seems that previous idea of drinking atleast eight glasses per day was just
a principle which was not scientifically proved.
But stop! Don’t keep the glass of
water down. May be we might not need eight glasses but there are hundreds
of rationale to consume water as
drinking water in any form (solid or liquid ) is compulsory for good health. Nowadays
water from Alkaline water ionizer is also suggested for healthier life.
When the ingestion of water in body
is not equivalent to output, our body becomes dessicated. Losses of liquid is
accelerated in warmer temperatures , during robust work out, in high elevations
etc.
Following are the explanations to
drink maximum water a day:
1. Balance of body fluids is maintained by
drinking water: Our body is made up of about 60% water. And it serves various
purposes like help in digestion, help in circulation of blood , saliva creation,
help maintaining the body temperature etc.
Similarly ionized water which comes
from water ionization machine produces Alkaline and acidic water and its serves the need of
Alkalinity of body.
2. Water Helps
Energize Muscles:
Those cells whose balance of fluid
is not maintained can result in fatigue
of muscle therefore drinking sufficient amount of fluids is important while
exercising.
3.
Water keeps
the skin healthy and refreshing.
Our skin consist of plenty of water
and it act as a defensive barrier to avoid excess loss of fluid. But due to
dehydration water from skin dry out in form of sweat. Therefore we should drink
maximum water to keep the skin healthy and refreshing.
4.
Water is
essential for kidney:
Kidney is an amazing organ which
cleans your body from toxins as long as we drink sufficient amount of water
because Kidney need sufficient amount of water do its fuction properly.
